Crystal received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington and went on to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. She became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in June of 2021. She is passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction/women’s health, in addition to general orthopaedic conditions.
Crystal specializes in treating pain and injuries to the spine and peripheral joints during pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunctions including bladder, bowel, sexual dysfunctions for both male and female parts, and dysfunctions of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She also enjoys general orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation. Crystal believes that individualized treatment and compassionate care are the keys to patient empowerment and lasting results.
Outside of work she enjoys listening to and making music, cooking/baking, traveling, and hiking.
Special interests: Female and male pelvic health, LE biomechanics, ACL rehabilitation, patellar and Achilles tendinopathy, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), musicians, dancers, and shoulder rehab.
