Our Lake City location is conveniently located in the heart of the Lake City business district. Look for a dark gray building with the sign “GPT Physical Therapy at Lake City”. We share the building with Quorum Real Estate. We have plenty of reserved parking for patients in the back of the building. You may park in any of the spaces that have signs labeled GPT 24-hour reserved parking. Walk to the front of the building to enter the clinic. We keep our doors locked for security so if you don’t see anyone at the front desk, please ring the doorbell and a staff member will let you in.
My experience here was superior. The office seems to be very well run and the staff is helpful and professional. They did a great job billing and dealing with my worker’s comp claim. I mostly saw Mallory and she was very patient with my post-surgical ACL worries and is a great communicator and generally kind person. I also saw Larisa who did a great job of pushing me farther and gives a great sports/injury massage. Thanks for the help healing!
