When you schedule your initial appointment, our staff will verify your insurance coverage and physical therapy benefits. At your initial visit, the receptionist will review your insurance coverage with you so it is clear what your fiscal responsibility will be. You may be responsible for a co-pay (due at time of service) or co-insurance. You may also be responsible for a deductible. We would be more than happy to call you before you come in for your initial appointment to review coverage and answer any questions you may have about your plan.
We are not contracted with Medicare or Medicaid programs, with the exception of Regence MedAdvantage.
We do not accept third party auto insurance claims.
