Ruth received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She is originally from Wisconsin and spent the first few years of her career as a travel physical therapist, which allowed her to see the country and treat a wide variety of conditions. Through continuing education, she has special certification in vestibular and concussion treatment. Ruth utilizes manual therapy to reduce pain, education to better understand the underlying problem, and targeted therapeutic exercise to enable her patients to return to the activities that are most important to them. She is also bilingual in Spanish and able to treat Spanish-speaking patients without need for an interpreter.
When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys swing dancing, hiking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and exploring the greater Sea/Tac area as she is still relatively new to the area!
Special interests: Vestibular rehabilitation, balance, low and neck pain, lower extremity and cervical conditions, and functional neurological disorders
