Michael is the director and founder of Greenwood Physical Therapy. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Physical Therapy, and subsequently completed post baccalaureate work in orthopedic manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He has taken many continuing education courses focusing on orthopedic physical therapy and advocates evidence based practice and utilizes the information on Pub Med to guide his treatment plans. All of his patients receive home exercise programs on their first visit and are educated on their medical condition. His goal is to empower patients to take control of their health in order to maximize their function, and quality of life.
Special Interests: Golf and tennis fitness, lower extremity biomechanics, spinal dysfunction, running injuries, chronic tendonitis / tendonosis, postural dysfunction, and manual therapy.
