Marielle is a first-generation Filipina American who grew up in Chicago. She has made a new home in Seattle where she enjoys bouldering, hiking, and biking. She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and loves teaching her practice to individuals of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. She pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Midwestern University and is in the process of being CAPP-Pelvic certified. Marielle specializes in treating the pelvic floor and has worked with clients during their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. She also works with clients experiencing pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, and prolapse. She treats these conditions with evidence-based skills that include myofascial release, visceral mobilization, c-section scar tissue mobilization, cupping therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
