Rachel completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound. Prior to graduate school, she received her Bachelor of Exercise Science degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead. During her undergraduate time, she participated in collegiate Softball and threw javelin for a season in Track and Field. She now enjoys staying active in recreational softball, volleyball, kickball, hiking, and going to the gym.
Rachel’s current treatment experience includes; pre and post-operative rotator cuff tears, labrum tears, hip arthroscopies, ACL reconstruction, meniscus tears, ankle fractures, and elbow fractures; as well as other general musculoskeletal injuries.
Rachel’s rehab interests include treating overhead athletes, ACL rehab, general injury prevention, and general orthopedic pre/post-surgical patients. She enjoys working with people of all ages and assisting them in getting back to the activities they love.
