Rachel is an Illinois native, growing up in Elmwood Park, near Chicago. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with Minors in Strength and Conditioning & Health and Medical Sciences at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She later moved to Tacoma, WA, and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound in May 2021. Since participating in collegiate softball and track and field/javelin, Rachel has enjoyed staying active in recreational softball, volleyball, kickball, hiking, and going to the gym.
Rachel’s rehab interests include treating overhead athletes, ankle injuries, and post-surgical patients. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and assisting them in reaching their functional and athletic goals.
