Molly recently relocated to Seattle from New England. She graduated from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She is Pilates mat and apparatus trained through BASI, integrating the fundamental theories of Pilates to her rehab approach. She has furthered her education getting a Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Specialist Certification, Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer exercise specialist certification, and Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FAKTR) certification, which combines functional movement analysis, kinesiotaping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
Molly enjoys volleyball, softball, exploring/hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, skiing, and spending time with her husband & two toddlers. As a physical therapist, it is her goal to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to return to a pain free, active lifestyle.
Special interests: Pilates based rehabilitation, breast cancer rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, postural dysfunction, and sports medicine.
