Theresa graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Concordia University in Wisconsin in 2010 (Go Packers!). She came to Seattle for one of her clinicals, fell in love with the city and surrounding mountains and never left. She has developed her skills in manual therapy and is currently Level I certified through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Theresa enjoys getting to know each patient’s story and developing a plan to help them achieve their individual goals. She is certified in ASTYM to help improve tissue mobility, which is especially helpful for chronic soft tissue injuries. She is also a level one certified freeride skiing coach through the IFSA. She is an avid skier and mountaineer, Turns All Year enthusiast (she’s only missed 3 months of skiing since she moved here in 2010) and can be found playing in the mountains most weekends.
Special interests: sports rehab including skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering, rock climbing, trail and road running, and all other weekend warriors. Chronic tendinitis, foot/ankle injuries, knee and hip pain, shoulder rehab, and posture and alignment issues.
