Evaluation and assessment of your flexibility, functional movement patterns, strength, and balance as they relate to the golf swing. We often work in conjunction with golf instructors. Evaluation and treatment is performed by a Titleist Performance Institute certified physical therapist.

You will work one-on-one with a Rehab Stott Pilates-certified physical therapist to see how they can get the most out of a Pilates -based exercise program. Exercises may be modified to suit your individual needs or to accommodate your injury. At the completion of the program, you will be given an individualized Pilates-based home program so you can continue at home or at a studio.

We are a licensed facility in the administration of the ASTYM system. ASTYM is an advanced form of soft tissue mobilization used to treat chronic tendonitis / tendonosis.

Advanced manual therapy for injuries that require hands on treatment. Certified manual physical therapists (CMPT) must pass a written and practical exam to receive certification.

Active Release Technique is a patented soft tissue movement based system that treats muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, and nerve dysfunction. Providers must pass a practical examination to become certified.

CEAS certified: Work with a physical therapist certified in ergonomics assessment. Your physical therapist will use OSHA guidelines to identify potential hazards in your workplace and offer practical ways of applying effective solutions to reduce injury.

CAPP level I certified- Pelvic floor rehabilitation for individuals with pelvic floor pain, weakness, and urinary incontinence. Treatments available include electrical stimulation, biofeedback, bladder retraining programs, therapeutic exercise, and manual techniques.
